Purpose:
This policy protects ITD Custom Design’s brand value, ensures fair competition, and provides consistent pricing for customers.

Policy Summary:

• Minimum Advertised Price (MAP):
  • ITD Custom Design products must not be advertised below the established MAP.
  • Applies to all public-facing promotions, including websites, marketplaces, social media, emails, and print.
• Reseller Responsibility:
  • Dealers are responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy.
  • ITD Custom Design may monitor public advertising for adherence.
• Enforcement:
  • Non-compliance may result in:
    • Suspension of promotional programs
    • Restriction of future orders
    • Termination of reseller privileges
• Exceptions:
  • MAP does not restrict private sales or internal discounts to customers in-store or privately.
• Policy Updates:
  • ITD Custom Design may revise this policy at any time. Dealers will be notified in writing of updates.
