Returns & Warranty
ITD Custom Design Return Policy
All returns are subject to prior approval and the following terms:
- All products must have an original ITD Custom Design invoice or sales order number.
- Products returned unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of the ship date will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Products removed from their original packaging and returned within 30 days of the ship date will incur a 25% restocking fee. Opened products require return authorization. Please contact ITD Custom Design Support at 419-346-1332 for return authorization.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the original ship date.
- Custom color orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Used products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for any damage to products during return transit. Damaged products may be inspected and returns denied depending on the extent of damage.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- All returns are inspected by ITD Custom Design Quality Control to ensure proper handling and compliance with return criteria. Products that have been abused, misused, modified, or improperly installed are not eligible for return.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be applied to your original form of payment. Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed, detailing the refunded amount. If you do not see the refund on your account within 5–7 days, please contact your bank or credit card company. For any issues with your refund, contact us at Marcus@innovative-tool.com
Warranty:
- All ITD Custom Design parts have a 90 day warranty against manufacturer defects in material or workmanship. If you have any concerns with our products, email us at Marcus@innovative-tool.com.
